Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Connecticut
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or in progress
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, day shift

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or care setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with patients and care teams
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
