Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services within an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with an expected productivity of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic workflow
• Deliver specialized hand therapy treatment; Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential or extensive hand therapy experience strongly preferred

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates not eligible)
• Ability to meet productivity expectations in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Willingness to adhere to clinic overtime policies, including obtaining director approval prior to working any overtime hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation or significant hand therapy clinical experience
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience
• Comfort with high-volume patient schedules and double-booking workflows
