Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine procedures with a daily caseload of approximately 5–12 patients
Conduct primarily basic studies, with the majority of volume consisting of stress tests
Participate in weekend call rotation as required
Document and chart patient information using Epic EMR
May be expected to float to nearby sister facilities as needed during the assignment

Required Qualifications

Active California State Nuclear Medicine License required — pending licenses not accepted
ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification required
BLS certification required
Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
All requested time off must be submitted at the time of initial submission; post-offer RTO requests may not be accommodated
Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with stress testing protocols and high-volume nuclear medicine departments
Familiarity with Epic EMR charting system
Prior experience in an acute care hospital setting
