Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services during day shift hours
Fulfill a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month
Provide coverage during holiday periods, including Thanksgiving and Christmas, as needed
Document patient care and progress accurately using the Epic EMR system

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Experience with Epic EMR
Availability for a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month
Availability for holiday coverage, including Thanksgiving and Christmas

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy role
Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into an existing therapy team
