Key Responsibilities
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation and analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that prescribe strategies and alternatives to attain expected patient outcomes
- Employ strategies to promote health and maintain a safe care environment
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team in the conduct of nursing practice
- Integrate ethical provisions and current research findings into all areas of nursing practice
- Maintain timely completion of all required education, trainings, and certifications in accordance with applicable regulatory and policy requirements
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN, ASN, AAS, or AAN)
- Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN or BAN)
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential
- Prior outpatient clinic experience
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) operating systems
