Registered Nurse – Cancer Center (FT – 0.9 FTE, Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze comprehensive patient data to determine diagnoses, identify expected outcomes, and develop individualized plans of care
- Implement identified plans of care and employ strategies to promote patient health and a safe environment
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members in the conduct of nursing practice
- Systematically evaluate and enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice in relation to professional standards, statutes, and regulations
- Integrate ethical provisions and current research findings into all areas of practice
- Maintain timely completion of all required education, trainings, and certifications in accordance with applicable regulatory and organizational requirements
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN, ASN, AAS, or AAN)
- Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while managing multiple deadlines
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN or BAN)
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential
- Outpatient clinic experience
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) operating systems
