Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
• Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to and throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Washington State license or Compact License accepted (WA and AK eligible for Compact License)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Must meet all credentialing and contract QA requirements before assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Familiarity with documentation systems and compliance standards in a contract/travel setting
