Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse – ICU/CCU

Location

Gallatin, TN | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Weekends as needed | On-call as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a critical care/CCU setting, serving patients across all age groups
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition in a fast-paced ICU/CCU environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient information and care activities using the Meditech EHR system
• Float to other units as needed and fulfill call requirements as assigned
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, state registry requirements, and required certifications (ACLS, BLS, HWC, NIH)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure valid for practice in the state of Tennessee
• Minimum 3 years of ICU/CCU experience
• At least 2 prior travel assignments completed
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, HWC, and NIH — all must be obtained prior to start date
• Proficiency with the Meditech EHR system
• Must be cleared through the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to assignment start date
• Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level III Trauma Center environment
• Demonstrated professionalism and ability to function effectively as a team player in high-acuity settings
