Physical Therapist – Inpatient Traveler

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts) | 13-week assignment with possible extension

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients across applicable diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
• Document patient progress, goals, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner within the facility's systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Maintain compliance with facility onboarding requirements, including completion of required modules or attestation of equivalent training

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license — license in hand required prior to start
• Strong inpatient physical therapy experience
• Must be available for an ASAP start date
• Must be able to complete third-party education verification as part of the background check process

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel therapy experience in an inpatient setting
• Familiarity with acute care or hospital-based physical therapy workflows
• Experience working within large health system environments
