Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an acute care hospital setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across a range of diagnoses and specialties
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward established goals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Kentucky or compact eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• All required certifications must be obtained and verified prior to start date
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with a broad range of patient populations and medical specialties
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
