RN – OR Circulator (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Four 10-hour shifts (6:45 AM – 5:15 PM) | Call required 7 days per month, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating RN duties in a multi-room surgical suite supporting 6–7 operating rooms per day
• Provide scrub and circulating coverage across a range of surgical specialties including orthopedics, neurosurgery, general surgery, vascular surgery, and robotics-assisted procedures
• Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment including the Da Vinci Robotic System, Mako, Holmium Laser, and Hana table
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio in an adult-primary surgical environment with minimal outpatient pediatric cases
• Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled, including weekend call rotations
• Document accurately using the Cerner electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (ADN or BSN) in good standing
• Minimum 1–2 years of OR circulating experience
• Ability to participate in call coverage, including evenings and weekends
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rates
• Must be available to start on one of the designated orientation dates: November 9, November 16, or December 7, 2026

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedic or neurosurgical scrubbing and circulating
• Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical platforms, particularly Da Vinci
• Prior experience with Cerner EHR in a surgical setting
