Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient goals and clinical best practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress
• Document patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Participate in discharge planning and patient/family education as appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas (compact license not accepted for this position)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, with experience in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) or LTACH setting required
• Ability to work day shift hours in an onsite LTACH environment
• Must be available to wear blue scrubs per facility dress code

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in a LTACH or acute rehabilitation setting
• Familiarity with LTACH patient populations and regulatory documentation requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working within a multidisciplinary team
