Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for skilled nursing facility residents
- Provide daily treatments tailored to a high rehab-to-home patient population
- Complete discharge planning and documentation in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Maintain a 90% productivity requirement
- Maintain on-site presence during scheduled hours to ensure expected hours are met
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of New Mexico
- Ability to start within 2–3 weeks
- Ability to adhere to facility dress code requirements (black scrubs)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting strongly preferred
- Experience with a high-volume rehab-to-home patient population
- Familiarity with SNF documentation and compliance standards
