Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Travel)

Contract | 12 Weeks | Days, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM | Expected 36–40 hours/week | Weekend on-call hours variable

Key Responsibilities

• Perform OR circulating duties across a range of surgical specialties including Orthopedics, GYN, General Surgery, Urology, Plastics, Spine, Podiatry, ENT, and Ophthalmology
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio within a 6-suite OR environment, including one cardiac surgery OR suite
• Operate and manage multiple standard OR equipment pieces in a fast-paced surgical setting
• Document patient care accurately using the Paragon electronic health record system
• Fulfill on-call obligations, including 2nd call one weekend per month and 1st/2nd call twice per pay period

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure (ADN minimum required)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of OR circulating experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and flexibility skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience circulating across multiple surgical specialties (Ortho, Spine, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, Ophthalmology)
• Familiarity with the Paragon EHR system
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a high-volume surgical setting
