Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Travel Contract)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | No weekends | No call requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Deliver 1:1 patient care in an outpatient therapy setting
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress using the Redoc outpatient EHR system
• Primarily work at one outpatient location with the expectation of floating to a secondary site as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain
• Experience or clinical background in orthopedics and/or neurology
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1–2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Familiarity with Redoc or similar outpatient EHR documentation platforms
• Comfort working across multiple clinic locations
