MRI Technologist

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Part-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday, Tuesday, Friday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (3x10-hour shifts) | Expected 30 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI examinations in an outpatient radiology setting
- Operate advanced MRI/CT combination equipment, including participation in vendor-provided training on new imaging technology
- Utilize Siemens XA software for imaging workflows
- Document and manage patient records using EPIC EMR
- Complete facility onboarding and initial training at the main hospital site during the first week of the assignment prior to transitioning to the outpatient location
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required
- BLS certification required
- Extensive experience with Siemens XA software
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR
- Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience
- At least 1 professional reference required for submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Certification by the State of Texas as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT)
- Experience with combined MR/CT imaging equipment
- Familiarity with Siemens imaging platform updates and new equipment go-live processes
