Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Every other weekend required | PRN — hours vary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute care physical therapy services across a whole-house setting within a community hospital environment
• Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses including orthopedics, stroke, amputation, vestibular disorders, and age-related conditions
• Document patient care and progress using Epic EHR
• Participate in every-other-weekend coverage as part of the standard schedule
• Potential to float to the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) as needed

Required Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum 1 year of experience, with adult inpatient PT experience required
• Ability to work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Acute care physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience treating orthopedic, stroke, amputee, vestibular, and geriatric patient populations
• Familiarity with Epic EHR
• Flexible, conscientious, and demonstrates clear communication skills
