Contract | Full-Time | 12-Hour Day Shifts | Onsite | Weekend rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult Med-Surg and Acute Care/Observation Unit patients
• Apply specialized knowledge of acute and chronic disease states to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
• Support a growing census driven by orthopedic surgeries, hybrid cath lab procedures, and acute/chronic illness admissions
• Participate in weekend rotation as part of the standard schedule
• Participate in the call rotation, taking approximately one call shift per two-week period as needed based on staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in the state of Colorado
• Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years of Acute Care, Med-Surg, Telemetry, or similar RN experience required
• Current Flu Vaccine required — no exemptions or declinations accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Current ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Experience in orthopedic post-surgical care or cath lab/hybrid procedure recovery
• Familiarity with observation unit workflows and documentation
