Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Either 3x12-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts; expected 6–7 days plus 1 weekend per month

Key Responsibilities

• Function as an RN Circulator, responsible for patient positioning on the hospital bed, prepping, and monitoring all equipment throughout surgical procedures
• Support a caseload of approximately 4–5 cases per team per shift
• Assist with a variety of procedures including total joints, hip replacements, tibia and fibula surgeries, ankle and foot procedures, mid-foot joints, plastics (breast reduction, expansion, and reconstruction including DIEP flap), and robotic-assisted surgery (Xi and DV5 platforms)
• Participate in on-call coverage, with an expected 4–5 call days at the Alliance campus
• Float and share staffing responsibilities between the surgical hospital and Alliance campus as needed
• Be available and willing to take trauma call at the main campus

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with Operating Room / Circulator experience
• Demonstrated ability to position patients, prep surgical sites, and monitor all OR equipment
• Minimum of 1 year of OR RN experience
• Ability and willingness to fulfill on-call and float requirements as outlined

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least 3 years of experience as an OR Circulator
• Experience with orthopedic, plastics, and podiatry surgical cases
• Familiarity with robotic surgical platforms (Xi and DV5)
• Flexible scheduling with no planned time off during the assignment
