Travel RN – CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room)

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a 10-OR cardiovascular and surgical operating room environment
• Assist with and support cardiovascular, orthopedic, and trauma surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout the perioperative process
• Participate in on-call rotation, expected approximately 4–6 times per month
• Available for holiday call coverage as required by the unit

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure (or eligibility) in the state of Texas
• PeriOp 101 completion required
• Orthopedic and trauma surgical experience required — candidates without these skills will not be considered
• Minimum 1 year of relevant RN experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiovascular or surgical OR setting
• Familiarity with a high-volume, multi-OR surgical environment
