Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across both outpatient and inpatient hospital settings
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Louisiana or compact eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work in both outpatient and inpatient hospital environments
• Availability for day shift, 8-hour shifts with expected 40 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital-based outpatient and/or inpatient setting
• Strong documentation and clinical communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload across multiple care settings
