Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting using evidence-based physical therapy practices
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and functional outcomes
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
New graduates are welcome to apply
Local candidates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

Orthopedic physical therapy experience
Familiarity with outpatient clinic workflows and documentation systems
