Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across inpatient, swing bed, long-term care, and outpatient settings
• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with plan of care and facility protocols
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
• Adapt clinical approach to meet the needs of diverse patient populations across multiple care settings

Required Qualifications

• Active or pending Physical Therapist license (pending license accepted)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in outpatient, acute care, and LTC/SNF settings
• Candidates whose permanent address is fewer than 50 miles from the facility are not eligible for this position
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at this facility system must have a separation of at least 3 months prior to starting as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in rural or critical access hospital environments
• Comfort working across multiple care settings within a single assignment
• Flexibility with scheduling, including block schedule arrangements
