Travel: RN Critical Care Step Down (3x12's - Nights)

Contract | 12-Week Assignment | Nights, 3x12's (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Critical Care Step Down unit with a 12-bed capacity
• Utilize Epic EMR for all clinical documentation and patient management
• Rotate every other weekend and holiday as required by unit scheduling
• Participate in float assignments as needed across applicable units
• Adhere to facility dress code, including navy blue scrubs
• Be available for on-call assignment in the event of low census

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license — Virginia State License or Compact License required
• ACLS certification (AHA only) required
• BLS certification (AHA only) required
• Minimum 2+ years of Critical Care Step Down (CCSD) experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ICU/CCSD background with demonstrated clinical competency in critical care environments
• Experience managing complex patient populations in a step-down or intensive care setting
