Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and care for patients requiring continuous cardiac telemetry monitoring
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient cardiac rhythms and overall condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or a compact state license
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience in telemetry or a cardiac-related nursing setting
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• Familiarity with cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry equipment
• ACLS certification preferred
