Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit throughout night shift hours
Fulfill on-call obligations, including one 12-hour on-call shift per schedule
Float within the facility and within scope of practice as operationally needed
Work assigned major holidays per the facility holiday policy applicable to the contract period
Complete all required orientation modules and specialty-specific training during the onboarding period

Required Qualifications

Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
Full compliance with all onboarding requirements; core items and labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing, with all compliance documents due the Tuesday prior to start
All requested time off (max 7 days per contract) must be finalized at time of submission; no RTO or schedule requests will be accepted post-offer or onsite, and no RTO is permitted during orientation week
Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience, though first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
Familiarity with Labor and Delivery workflows in a high-volume acute care environment
Ability to adapt quickly to floating assignments within scope of practice
