Contract | Full-Time | Days | 3×12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient condition
• Perform IV insertion and PICC line management as part of routine patient care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Meditech charting system
• Float to other departments and affiliated facilities as needed based on a department-monitored rotation schedule
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 18 months of Telemetry nursing experience
• Proficiency in IV insertion and PICC line management
• Experience with Meditech electronic charting
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required to start
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications required to start
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity or fast-paced hospital environment
• Familiarity with floating to multiple units or departments within a health system
• Strong communication and adaptability skills in dynamic care settings
