Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services within a specialty hospital setting on a dedicated inpatient floor
• Manage a primarily geriatric patient population presenting with medically complex diagnoses
• Utilize the NetHealth EHR system for documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with facility dress code (royal blue scrubs; closed-toe shoes required)
• Availability to support a sister facility location on an as-needed, non-mandatory basis

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license — valid and in good standing
• BLS/CPR Certification required
• Associate degree in Physical Therapy (or higher)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Demonstrated experience in an acute care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with ventilator-dependent patients
• Prior experience treating medically complex patient populations
• Familiarity with geriatric patient care in a specialty or long-term acute care environment
