Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 44-bed Medical Surgical unit serving patients of all ages, with a 1:6 patient ratio
• Document and manage patient records using Meditech EHR — experience required
• Respond to on-call needs as required, with expected arrival at the facility within 30 minutes to 1 hour if called in
• Float to other units as needed based on facility staffing requirements
• Adhere to facility dress code standards; scrubs in any color are acceptable — no casual wear or hoodies

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure valid to practice in the state of Tennessee
• BLS certification required prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Meditech EHR experience required
• All required certifications must be obtained prior to start date; additional certifications may be required at the client's discretion
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting with a Level II Trauma designation
• Familiarity with a diverse patient population spanning all age groups
• Professional demeanor with strong adaptability in a fast-paced medical environment
