Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic scheduling practice
• Float to additional clinic locations as needed
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Tennessee or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Must live within 50 miles of the facility to be eligible at the local rate; candidates within 50 miles are welcome to apply
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experienced clinicians preferred; new graduates will not be considered for this role
• Comfort working in a high-volume, productivity-driven clinical environment
