Contract (13–26 weeks) | Days | Onsite | Monday–Friday | Open to 4x10 schedule; must be available for up to 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment to a diverse patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Document patient care and progress using the Raintree EMR system
• Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility)
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
• New graduates are not eligible for this position
• Must be available for evening shifts up to 2 days per week (until 7:00 PM)
• Must complete three required HealthStream Modules prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume outpatient therapy setting
• Familiarity with Raintree or similar outpatient EMR platforms
• Strong time management skills suited to a productivity-based environment
