Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate client function and develop individualized treatment plans based on referring provider prescriptions
• Plan, direct, and administer speech therapy treatments to address deficits resulting from injury, disease, or physical, cognitive, or developmental disability
• Assist patients in reaching their maximum level of independence within the limits of their abilities
• Participate in all operational aspects of the therapy department

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license or eligibility to practice in the state of Montana
• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or required per facility standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care, outpatient, or similar clinical setting
• Experience working with patients across a range of diagnoses including neurological, developmental, and physical conditions
