Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across both inpatient and outpatient settings within a hospital environment
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and injury prevention

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Oklahoma or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, expected 40 hours per week
• Experience working in a hospital or acute care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings
• Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to a new facility and patient population
