Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions resulting in declined physical mobility or functional independence
Provide orthopedic, neurological, stroke, balance, and dizziness rehabilitation services
Deliver chronic pain treatment through movement-based interventions
Focus on returning patients to functional independence and community activities
Travel to multiple points of care as needed

Required Qualifications

Current, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
Ability to travel to multiple points of care

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in inpatient acute care or rehabilitation settings
Background in orthopedic or neurological rehabilitation
