Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel Contract

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services within an acute rehabilitation unit setting
• Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans in alignment with clinical goals and facility standards
• Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning
• Maintain compliance with facility dress code and departmental protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Michigan
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn Epic EMR
• Ability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment beginning November 2026

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation (IPR) setting
• Familiarity with acute rehab unit workflows and patient populations
• Strong documentation and interdisciplinary communication skills
