Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an active patient population, including young professionals and partial pelvic caseload patients
• Maintain a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12–14 patients per day
• Participate in double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard clinic workflow
• Float to additional clinic locations as needed
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours

Required Qualifications

• Active PT or PTA license in the state of Arkansas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Ability to meet outpatient productivity standards in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Willingness and ability to float to additional clinic locations as assigned
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will be considered at a local rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience with pelvic health caseloads is a plus
• New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply
