Contract | Days | Rotating 10-hour shifts (0700–1700 or 0900–1900) or 12-hour shifts (0700–1900) | Onsite | No self-scheduling

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a 4-suite Operating Room performing 10–20 cases per day
• Support a variety of surgical specialties including general, breast, orthopedic (total joints, no spine), urology, GYN, and robotics
• Function in a charge capacity and assist with patient flow as needed
• Collaborate with OR technicians and interdisciplinary surgical team members to ensure safe, efficient care
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
• May float to Endoscopy if experience supports it

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license eligible for practice in Idaho
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Hands-on Operating Room nursing experience
• Ability to work rotating 10-hour or 12-hour day shifts without self-scheduling flexibility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2–4 years of OR nursing experience preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Experience in Endoscopy for potential float coverage
