Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Present valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of New Hampshire
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
Ability to comply with facility badging and identification requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
Strong documentation and communication skills
