Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care throughout the perioperative process, including pre-operative preparation, intraoperative support, and post-operative recovery
• Educate patients and families on procedural outcomes and potential outcomes of surgical interventions
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the broader surgical team to ensure patient safety and care quality
• Monitor and assess patient condition throughout surgical procedures, responding promptly to changes in patient status
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with facility policies and standards of care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN Operating Room experience required
• Active Oklahoma RN license required (or compact license eligible for Oklahoma)
• Local candidates are welcome and will be considered for placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) experience preferred
• Experience in a regional referral center or high-volume surgical environment
