Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Some Weekends & Holidays Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care/Stepdown unit setting
• Perform IV starts and laboratory draws/sample collection
• Titrate critical drips and monitor patient responses accordingly
• Utilize intermediate-level fetal monitoring skills as applicable to the unit
• Maintain compliance with required certifications including BLS and ACLS throughout the assignment
• Complete up to 8 hours of non-billable pre-start modules via HealthStream prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (or documented proof that licensure process is actively underway)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum of one (1) year of recent Critical Care and/or ICU experience
• Demonstrated experience titrating critical drips
• Minimal to no requested time off (RTO); RTO must be disclosed at time of submission — especially around holidays
• Must reside more than 30 miles from the facility to be eligible; candidates residing 31–50 miles may be considered at a local rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• 3+ years of experience for Critical Care/PCU placements is a plus
