Contract | 13 Weeks | Midshift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM) with Variable Call Schedule | Travel

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a circulator in a 15-suite Operating Room supporting service lines including ortho, burn, plastics, gynecology, urology, spine, trauma, and general surgery
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio in accordance with unit standards and AORN guidelines
• Collaborate with charge nurses, team leads, CSTs, anesthesia techs, and PCAs to deliver safe, high-quality perioperative care
• Operate and manage OR service line equipment specific to assigned procedures
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
• Participate in every-other-weekend and holiday rotation in accordance with facility scheduling policy

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state of Florida or compact license eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of Trauma OR experience
• Minimum 1 year of Orthopedic OR experience
• Ability to work a variable call schedule as required by the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in burn or plastic surgery OR settings
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
• Familiarity with robotics-assisted surgical procedures
