Travel RN – Emergency Room (Mid Shift)

Contract | Travel | 12-Week Assignment | Mid Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM | Projected Start: September 15, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting within a Level 2 Trauma Center
• Maintain a patient ratio of 4:1, delivering safe and efficient care across all acuity levels
• Perform and assist with all ED and trauma procedures as required by patient presentation and unit needs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including charge RNs, triage RNs, medics, and support staff
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using the Meditech EMR system
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements; navy scrubs required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• PALS certification required
• ENPC certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR documentation
• Experience as a travel RN in high-volume emergency department settings
