Description

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and manage cases to deliver quality care in accordance with regulations. Your role includes completing OASIS documentation, implementing care plans, and collaborating with LPNs to ensure patient needs are met. You'll maintain accurate records and educate patients and caregivers, ensuring informed decisions are made. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with patients in their homes, providing compassionate care and support.

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
