Description
This position involves caring for critical patients in a progressive care unit, ensuring proper monitoring and administration of medications. The ideal candidate will work three 12-hour night shifts per week, with responsibilities including patient assessments, coordinating care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. A strong emphasis is placed on critical thinking and communication skills. Candidates should be prepared for a supportive and team-oriented environment, where every team member is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
