Description
In this role, the Registered Nurse - Case Manager will oversee patient care coordination, ensuring effective discharge planning and utilization review. The position requires a focus on acute care management and requires a strong background in case management practices, particularly with California experience. The RN will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient outcomes within a fast-paced environment.
