Description:Hospital: Mission Health Location: Asheville NCAddress:509 Biltmore Ave Asheville NC Unit: J4-NSICUBuilding: JGeneral InformationUnit Specifics: Number of Beds :12Patient Ratios :1:2Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Type of equipment : Baxter pumps Documentation system: CernerScheduling requirements: Self Schedule/ Unit needs. 6 weekend shift per period. Floating policy: Travelers float first to other ICU S or to step down. Patient Experience requirements: Neurology experienced ICU nurses preferred. Hospital Specifics-Certifications: NIHSS, ACLSHiring profileRequested Skill Set:Must have: ACLS, BLS, ICU experience Advanced skills needed: Care of Neurology post thrombectomy and TPA patients. Post Neurosurgery patients. Procedures performed on unit: CRRT, Bedside EVD s, A-line monitoring. Certifications Required:Dress Code: (Required uniform)Navy Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.Awards/Recognition: Please include anything that you would like prospective candidates to be aware of, such as, links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards..
