The Fourth Floor Medical/Surgical Unit at Northside Hospital Forsyth is a thirty-four-bed unit providing care to a diverse patient population. As a Med Surg RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with acute care patients in a modern facility.

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)
Cons
Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
