HWL Requisition:Health Park Medical Center-AN-0744 Shift: Wednesday 10:30A-11:00P, Thursday & Friday 6:30A-7:00P, with call. OR RN: 2 years of OR experience required, PEDS experience required. Call required, please discuss w/ manager on interview. The call at HPMC OR approximately averages 4 a month. EOS 7p-11p or over-night 7p-7a, or Backup call (BUC) 3p-7a. Varity of call. BLS required, CNOR preferred. EMR: Epic. Prior travel HIGHLY preferred. Operating Room for Adult and Pediatric patient populations with the following services: ENT, Gen, Vascular, Endo vascular, Robotics, Dental, GYN, Ortho, Spine, & Neurosurgery. DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE or MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. HWL interview and Manager has final offer.\r\n\r\nRadius Rule 50 miles from perm address. FLOATING REQUIRED- Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. ALL RTO must be on submission- HCF will not be approving RTO after submission. (Please load all Demographic information at time of submittal: Address, email, full DOB, full SS, RN license number.) We will NOT be able to confirm anyone without this demographic information loaded in the profile. Culture is VERY important here. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs.
