Description
As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and implement individualized care for patients in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs, prioritizing care, and collaborating with the healthcare team. You will play a key role in optimizing patient outcomes through evidence-based practices, education, and effective communication.

- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or be obtained within ninety (90) days of hire)
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (or be obtained within one (1) year of hire)
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (or be obtained within one (1) year of hire)
- MinExperienceRequired
- Current Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification (or be obtained within one (1) year of hire)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)
- Two (2) years hospital nursing experience (Preferred)
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (or be obtained within six (6) months of hire)
- One (1) year Emergency Department (ED) or Critical Care Nursing experience (Preferred)
- Current and active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact license
