Description
As a Long Term Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. This role involves monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with a team to ensure the highest level of care. You will also assist with daily living activities and maintain accurate patient records using Matrixcare charting.
